I am a personal trainer, athletic training coach, motivator, nutrition advisor and life changer. Sports and fitness have always been a huge part of my life. I started athletics at a young age, participating in several sports; football, baseball, track and basketball. In college, I played quarterback at Missouri State University and the University of North Texas. I stayed very active after my athletic career ended and continued to develop my passion for fitness. I started educating myself on nutrition, fitness training programs and how to live a better, healthier life.
My goal as a fitness professional is to change your life. I am passionate about helping others get fit and achieve their goals. The great thing about personal training is that I get to see the changes and the positive impact on our clients' lives. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing our clients work hard, give great effort and get the results they want. My goal is to deliver the best training possible and give each person who trains with us the best opportunity for success. I train for both fitness and mental health. I want you to be fit, more confident and increase your self-esteem.
