Each training session is led by an experienced certified fitness expert and is designed to be fun, positive and encouraging, while achieving the goals you want. All of our programs here at Scott Wissel Personal Training are results driven. Our trainers combine an energetic atmosphere, motivation and accountability with superior resistance training. Each program is personalized to fit your goals and your individual fitness level. Our training philosophy is to challenge you to be your best, maximize your time availability and get you the body you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere. Scott Wissel - Personal Trainer

Scott Wissel

I am a personal trainer, athletic training coach, motivator, nutrition advisor and life changer. Sports and fitness have always been a huge part of my life. I started athletics at a young age, participating in several sports; football, baseball, track and basketball. In college, I played quarterback at Missouri State University and the University of North Texas. I stayed very active after my athletic career ended and continued to develop my passion for fitness. I started educating myself on nutrition, fitness training programs and how to live a better, healthier life.

My goal as a fitness professional is to change your life. I am passionate about helping others get fit and achieve their goals. The great thing about personal training is that I get to see the changes and the positive impact on our clients' lives. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing our clients work hard, give great effort and get the results they want. My goal is to deliver the best training possible and give each person who trains with us the best opportunity for success. I train for both fitness and mental health. I want you to be fit, more confident and increase your self-esteem.

I am a NASM certified personal trainer specializing in fitness and strength training with a passion for serving others. I’m a devoted husband and loving father to my beautiful wife- Katie and our two blessings- Ryleigh and Cannon. I grew up in Lewisville and graduated from LHS with a very active lifestyle and a love for football, but it wasn’t until after high school that my passion for fitness really ignited. I began educating myself on nutrition and various forms of weight training and applying them to my life. I’ve fallen in love with the fitness lifestyle and I love to help others. My goal is for all my clients to embrace a healthier lifestyle and surpass the goals they have set for themselves. My passion is to bring the best out of each individual I train through positive encouragement, education and proper training. My hope is that all of my clients not only achieve their fitness goals, but to live a more active and healthier lifestyle! I am so thankful God has blessed me with this fire that I use every day to help and serve others.

Ryan Ellison

The gym can be an overwhelming place for the majority of fitness beginners. As personal trainer, I believe that my job is to help my clients enjoy their gym experience. I am 100% committed to help everyone I train achieve a healthier lifestyle, while reaching their personal fitness goals. My training style consists of a mix of strength training, high intensity full-body movements, combined with flexibility, core and posture-correction exercises. I am a NFPT Certified Personal Trainer. I grew up participating in multiple athletic sports, soccer and wrestling. As I finished my athletic career I developed a passion for fitness and nutrition. I have been personal training and making positive life changing impacts on others since 2011. My passion for helping others comes from the fulfillment I get from seeing my clients take action and achieve massive transformations.

Zach Stone personal trainer

Zach Stone

I am an ACE certified personal trainer. I developed my passion for physical fitness through my own strength, agility and endurance training during my time as a professional motocross rider. This is where I learned the importance of fitness and nutrition. I had to keep myself in top shape to compete on the highest level and to be successful in my sport. I now aim to extend that knowledge and appreciation of a healthy lifestyle to others in every way possible. The progress I see in my clients' positive attitudes and fitness achievements drive me daily to give my clients all they need to improve and succeed in their goals. I am committed each day to giving the best possible training to each of my clients. Here at Scott Wissel Personal Training we are a team and each client is a part of that team, always working together to better ourselves.

Fitness and healthy living has been a passion of mine for quite sometime. It all started for me as high school athlete and state power lifter. I have a passion for helping other not only achieve but to exceed their goals. I want to help others be the best they can be and to be a positive influence on each person I have to opportunity to train. PT Certification in National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have a Bachelors in Exercise and Health Studies from the University of Texas at Tyler.
