Private Sports Training

Private sports training is a one on one training program with one of our expert sports trainers.

Private sessions are great for the athlete who is serious about taking their game to the next level or for the athlete needing a little more individual coaching to help areas of need. Private training is also what we suggest for athletes who are new to training and want to get a little more experience. These sessions are 30-minute or 60-minutes workouts and are scheduled by appointment.

Semi-Private Sports Training

Semi-private sports training sessions are composed of up to 2 or 3 athletes that are specifically grouped together that are similar training ages and/or play similar sports.

This type of session is great for those athletes that are already involved in sports, want to train with other athletes and are ready to take their game to the next level. These sessions are both 30-minute or 60-minute workouts and are scheduled by appointment for both boys and girls.

Youth Sports Training

Youth sports training are workouts for younger athletes, ages 8-13.

These sessions are great for young athletes currently playing or looking to get involved in sports. Our sessions teach athletic skills, techniques, form running and performance. Sessions are private or semi-private and are all 30-minutes and scheduled by appointment. No heavy weights will be used in youth training. We recommend waiting until age appropriate and physically ready.

Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning program focuses on gaining weight, explosive strength, speed, power, conditioning and flexibility.

The ability to start and stop, change directions, make explosive powerful movements are crucial to be a successful athlete in any sport. With this program you will always continue working towards your individual goals. We encourage competition during each workout to push you to get better. We want every athlete to be in their best shape and maintain a high level of performance when it is time to compete.

Speed and Agility Training

Our Speed and Agility program focuses on sprint and quickness training.

We teach proper running form and technique, explosive powerful movements that helps increase speed. Plyometrics, agilities and speed strength exercises will be used to train for maximum improvement. Faster athletes hold a competitive edge in all sports. Today’s athletes are both big and fast. If you can’t move, you can’t play. Our Speed Training program will make you a faster athlete and will see a difference after just a few training sessions.
